Below is a weight loss calorie calculator that will show the number of calories to eat in order to reach your goal weight on your target date. It is far more accurate than other calorie calculators, because a) it considers more factors influencing your metabolism, and b) it has been tested by more than 1 million users since 1992.

You can also use this tool as a weight loss percentage calculator: just divide the calorie deficit that it recommends by the maintenance budget that it calculates, adn multiply by 100. For example, if the calculator says your maintenance budget is 2436 calories and your required deficit is 371 calories, then you must lower your intake by (371/2436) x 100 = 15 percent.
