Diet Power® Software
If you are unhappy with Diet Power for any reason and notify us before your warranty expires, we will cheerfully refund your full purchase price, minus shipping.
Warranty periods and refund procedures are as follows:

Personal Edition: 1 year. To get a refund, delete each installation made with your copy of the program; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation you've received.*

Consultant Edition: 30 days. To get a refund, delete each installation made with your copy of the Consultant Edition; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation you've received.* (If you return unsold copies of the Personal Edition by the same 30-day deadline, your refund will include their purchase price.)

Classroom Edition: 30 days. To get a refund, delete each installation made with your copy of the Classroom Edition; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation you've received.*

Large Group Edition: 30 days. To get a complete refund, delete all installations made for all members; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return all disks and documentation that you and your members have received.* To get a refund of unused or unwanted per-member fees, delete all installations made for those members; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation those members have received.*
