For consistency, Diet Power requires every user to measure foods that are added to the dictionary in one of the following units. If the unit you want is not on the list, use "serving" and add a definition of "serving" to the food's description, in case you need a reminder when recording the item on your Food Log. If you have to shorten a unit's name to fit the 90-character limit for a food description, use the abbreviation shown. Diet Power will then be able to find the food even if you search with the unit's full name.
